Postage and Packing costs are quoted on our website during the checkout process. We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only.
We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Where artists are shipping direct from their own studios, they may use an alternative carrier but this will not affect the price quoted on the website.
We will email you when the goods have been despatched. If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take appropriate action.
We aim to despatch goods as soon as possible after your order is received. If the lead time is likely to be greater than 5 working days, we will advise you accordingly. In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays. Many of the items for sale on our site are handmade by artists & makers, and this may mean it will take longer for you to receive your item. We cannot therefore guarantee delivery times or accept liability for late deliveries.
If despatch is delayed for any reason, the delivery time will be extended and we will contact you. If you wish to cancel at this time you will, of course, be able to do so.
You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment or address details.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any consequential loss, damage or costs arising from late delivery.
Our liability for any material that is defective, or not to the quality or specification is limited to the cost value of the purchased goods.
Any discrepancies should be reported to the seller in writing within 2 working days of delivery.

Return, Refund and Cancellation
In the unlikely case of a defective product, please email us at email@example.com and we can then advise you whether to return the goods to us or whether we will replace the defective part. We reserve the right to replace the defective part or the goods.
As an alternative we reserve the right to refund your purchase price. If we ask you to return the goods please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging, with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning items. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or it is defective, we will normally refund your costs in returning it to us, provided that you receive prior agreement with us in respect of the cost, prior to despatch. If you are returning an item that is not defective, or has not been sent to you in error by us, you are responsible for covering the postage cost of returning the item.
We will not issue a refund until the item has been returned and received by us, unless we notify you otherwise.

If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order up to 14 working days after the goods are delivered, providing the goods are returned in their original condition. For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included in the price shown.
