Mayfield Gin

Mayfield Gin is created by James Rackham who lives in Mayfield, East Sussex. The label depicts the 10th century story of St. Dunstan and the Devil, which happened in the Mayfield village.

Mayfield Gin uses wild hop which was discovered in the local hedge rows and now is cultivated in the hop farm in Salehurst.  Sussex hop is now an approved variety and gives amazing character to a fabulous Sussex gin.
