We have a carefully selected a wide range of the best artisan foods from Sussex and Kent, along with other regional foods that we have tried, tested and loved!
We stock a wide range of products, from sauces, condiments and preserves to compliment our meat products, to locally and ethically produced milk, yoghurts and a range of chilled foods. We also work closely with local vineyards and breweries to bring you the best of the region's wines, ciders, beers, ales and spirits.
You will find a number of fresh food concession counters in The Sussex Food Hall.
The Cheesemonger - Paul Heasman
At the Deli & Cheese counter, you will be able to choose from the best cheeses of Sussex and the South East along with other British cheeses carefully selected from further afield by our food hall partner and renowned World Cheese Award judge, Paul Heasman.
An award-winning butcher of 42 years experience, Sussex-based Butcher Bob has made his name with his famous 'Ultimate Sausage Rolls'. Handmade the traditional way in East Sussex, from the best natural ingredients and 100% English Free Range meat, you will find his mouth watering sausages, sausage rolls and scotch eggs for sale in the food hall.
Alice's Chocolate & Patisserie
Try some of Alice's delicious fudge, hand made on the premises by the lady herself. At her counter, you will also find a range of authentic French patisserie, made just down the road in Sussex. Alice also stocks a wide range of luxury artisan chocolates, all of which are hand made in the UK or Belgium.
