Michael Courtney Butchers are truly a family affair led by Leon and his two sons. Sussex born and bred, they are passionate about traditional Sussex butchery, producing great quality and good value.
Our prime scotch or locally reared beef (well hung for enhanced flavour), South Downs lamb and local pork all really are as tasty and tender as you would expect from quality, free range meat.
We make all our own sausages (award winning!) and burgers in our Sussex butchery as well as a wide range of items like marinated kebabs, stuffed medallions of lamb, mini roasts (stuffed chicken breasts with sausage wrapped in streaky bacon), tuscan chicken and pork bites.
